There’s a lot of pressure on moms to be great at everything.

They are expected to be amazing parents, volunteers, and professionals. This can lead to increased feelings of loneliness, stress, and guilt, and throw a neurodivergent (like ADHD) kid into the mix and the chaos might be tenfold.

It doesn’t need to be this way!

I want to help you get your life back from the stress of just living, and enjoying your motherhood. As well as support you being an awesome mom to your neurodivergent kid/s.

I understand what it is like to live life while raising neurodiverse kids, and how overwhelming it can feel sometimes to have so many “things” going on at the same time.

I have been where you are. Heck, I am where you are. I am raising children with ADHD. I also tend to forget that I am not just Mom.

But I want to start to remember who I am except for Mom, and if you want that for yourself as well, All I can say is: Welcome, and I hope some of what I post on here will give you solace, new insights, support and maybe even aha-moments.
